Recently Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon joined the neighborhood walkers on Patrol in the Baltimore neighborhood of Charles Villiage.
On this day, Dixon came togehter with Charles Villiagers, city workers, and number of city Politians, in an effort to make the city better.
