"Reinvest...Rebuild...Renew" was the theme of the Congressional Black Caucus' 39th Annual Legislative Conference. Thousands descended on Washington, DC's Convention Center over a three day period to mingle with fellow professionals. Among the distinguished guest present during the week were; Reverend Jesse Jackson, Gospel artist Yolanda Adams, and President and First Lady Obama.
