BGE: "We're on it"

Even though people do not take advantage of programs it does not mean they do not exist. Recently, I visited an energy assistance program expo in Baltimore, MD where I spoke with Ingrid Woods, Principle Community Relations specialist for Baltimore Gas and Electric company about BGE's commitment to low income households.
